Vin Diesel about Paul Walker
When Paul Walker died in 2013, it was a heartbreaking news for everyone, not only because he died so young, but because of the way he died.
His family was devastated, but there is one special person who still can't get over his death - Vin Diesel.
They've been friends for so many years, and they've been acting in the successful franchise Fast & Furious.
The last part of this franchise ( Fast & Furious 7 ) was recently released.
It was really hard for him to go back and continue filming, without his best friend. He couldn't imagine doing another sequel without Paul, since he was his co-star for 13 years.
Just the thought of it would break me down. I was prepared never to even look at Dominic again. It was that traumatic - said Vin.
In April of 2014, Cody and Caleb ( Walker's brothers ) were so confident about this whole project, and the last sequel, they agreed to appear as stand-ins ( Paul's face was grafted digitally on their bodies ).
Diesel says that the ending of Fast & Furious was amazing, and that it is his favorite part of the movie.
Diesel still didn't get over the loss of his friend, and he probably never will.
He says that it will never go away, and that he cried because of Paul, like he never cried before .
He added that even though Paul died so young, and was one of the most important persons in his life, he is grateful to have a bond like they had.
